OBOE and ENGLISH HORN
Hello and Welcome,
Last fall we welcomed a baby girl, Elizabeth Birch Blundell, to our family. As you can imagine, my husband and I are very busy adjusting to our new life. I've been blogging and posting less frequently over the last few months, but I hope what I have been able to write has been interesting and informative for those of you who have been checking in. It's my goal to continue to blog as different issues bubble up in my mind, so please drop by now and again.
I'd also like to share that I recently joined the Exponential Ensemble. This fabulous chamber group is dedicated to community engagement and uses a flexible programming style to present a wide variety of repertoire. Please visit their website to learn more and to secure tickets to the upcoming benefit concert!
Finally, I'd like to thank the wonderful students and faculty of the Eastern Music Festival and our colleagues from the Mozart at Monteaux Chamber Music Series. Reuben and I had an amazing summer and hope to see you all again soon.
Best wishes- Karen
